1. Accepting these terms

By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, subject to applicable age restrictions.

2. Third-party media and services

The app provides an interface to discover and access media made available by third-party websites and providers. Those providers operate independently and control their media, availability, and access requirements. A link or listing does not mean we own, license, endorse, or have an affiliation with that provider or its content.

Third-party content may change or become unavailable without notice. We do not guarantee its accuracy, quality, safety, legality, or continued availability. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies, which you should review.

Access through the app does not grant you a license to any media. You may access, stream, or download content only when permitted by the rights holder, the source’s terms, and applicable law. Any download feature is subject to those same restrictions.

3. Your responsibilities

Use the Service lawfully and respect the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the Service to infringe copyright or access, copy, or distribute media without the necessary permission.
• Bypass payment requirements, digital rights management, access controls, or geographic restrictions.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems, introduce malware, or disrupt the Service.
• Use automated requests or other methods that abuse the Service or third-party providers.
• Sell or redistribute the app or misrepresent an affiliation with us without authorization.

4. Accounts and security

If you create an account, provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Do not share access in a way that enables unauthorized use. Contact us if you believe your account has been compromised. You may request account deletion by contacting us using the email below.

5. Subscriptions and refunds

Some app features may require payment. The price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation method shown at checkout apply to your purchase. If you choose an automatically renewing subscription, it renews as disclosed at checkout until canceled through the applicable billing provider.

Payments cover app features and do not purchase ownership of, or a license to, third-party media or guarantee access to any particular title or provider. Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy, applicable store policies, and any mandatory rights under applicable law. Purchases through Google Play or the App Store are managed under the relevant platform’s rules.

6. Intellectual property

The app’s software, branding, and original design belong to us or our licensors, subject to any applicable third-party or open-source licenses. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for your personal, lawful use in accordance with these terms.

Third-party titles, trademarks, artwork, and media remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not transfer any rights in them to you or to us.

7. Copyright concerns

We respect intellectual property rights. If you are a rights holder or an authorized representative and believe a link or listing in the Service infringes your rights, email [email protected] with the subject “Copyright report.” Please include:

• Your name, contact details, and authority to act for the rights holder.
• A description of the copyrighted work and the rights involved.
• The exact link, provider, and app listing needed to locate the material.
• An explanation of the concern and a statement that the information you provide is accurate.

We will review reports and, where appropriate, remove or disable the relevant links or listings within our control. Because we do not host the underlying media, removing a link from our Service does not remove the media from its source. You may also contact the hosting provider directly. This reporting process does not limit any rights or obligations under applicable law.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Independent providers and services may collect information under their own privacy policies when you access them.

9. Availability and warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted access, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation. Features and provider integrations may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the Service, interruptions, or reliance on third-party content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, security risks, or legal requirements. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. If you have a subscription, cancel it separately through your billing provider to stop future renewals. Termination does not remove any refund or other rights you have under applicable law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service changes. We will publish the revised terms here and update the date above. For material changes, we will provide notice through the app or another appropriate channel and obtain consent where required by law. If you do not agree to the updated terms, stop using the Service and cancel any subscription through your billing provider.
